I already requested a penalty waiver. please, waive my penalty and close my loan. I have attached a waiver mail request to this email so you can take a look at it.** days have passed still no one is replying. please close my loan. If you are also not able to close it I will file a complaint against you at RBI. See the below screenshot of the penalty waiver mail.* Oct **** I got penalty waiver mail still today is ** Oct **** still penalty is not been waived and not closed my loan. I paid all your EMIS already.
