Hi
I would like to inform you that I have paid entire due amount Rs. **,***.** on or before due date.
My credit card due amount was Rs.**,***.**/-.
Amount of Rs.**,***/- was paid through cred app on **.**.**** and remaining Rs.*****/- was paid through Amazon pay on **.**.****.
Despite the payment of complete due amount before due date, the penal charges of Rs.****/- levied just because of CRED technical issue.
