Paytm payment bank - Paytm UPI Transaction Showing Pending Amount Deducted from My Account

I sent **** Rupees to a person on ** September ****, Amount got deducted and the Receiver not received money. Receiver Bank is State Bank of India. I raised a support ticket in Paytm App but no response its almost * days no response at all. Paytm people are asking to provide Receiver Bank Statement, And here Receiver is saying he is not going to share his Bank Statement with Other peoples. Here i am Facing Problem and Paytm Team is not at all responding.
