Hello, i have placed n order via paytm mall.
It got delivered and the product was tampered and it was not working and i placed a return request on the same date when the product got delivered but the next day my return request got rejected. I don’t know why.
I raised so many complaints and threads to paytm mall customer care but they didn’t even reply properly. No response from paytm mall support team. Totally got cheated and the product was completely useless. I have contacted the seller too he was there’s no refund possible. Can any one help me with this?
