Paytm Post Paid - PayTm postpaid loan without knowledge of account holder

Respected Sir/Madam,
Fraudulently someone claiming they are from Paytm and they offer free paytm box for business and my brother was using my mobile through which they got my paytm profile and applied for loan and then they got it transferred amount to their account without our knowledge. we are not aware of this loan until we receive calls from recovery team. Please help initiating enquiry to which account it got transferred and help by taking out this loan from my cibil report. Because of this I am unable to get new loan from bank.
