Hi ,
My fastag was working till last September. I logged in to paytm from a different mobile number and after that fast-tag stopped working .
I have been following up with Paytm from past one month but no resolution has been provided so far.
After multiple follow ups , they are passing the ball within different departments but not resolving the problem.
Because of the issue at their end , I am not able to use fastag and paying double toll, Unable to close my account or get a new fastag .
I checked with fastag helpline and they pointed out the problem with paytm . On fastag website , my fastag shows active.
