Paytm payment bank - Paytm bank not refund my money
DIPANKAR MONDAL filed complaint against Paytm payment bank on Mar 21, 2023
I’m Paytm payment bank users, my my account number is ************ on paytm. My paytm wallet is active and I’m sending my Rs.**** ( One Thousand) Rupees transfer to my own paytm bank account on **.**.****.
Unfortunately the payment is pending on this day **.**.**** At **.** am, and wallet Ref no. *********** On paytm.
But problem is Paytm says, pending amount will is safe and bank may take up to * working days to confirm the final status and incase your your payment fails bank will refund your money to your account.
But sir, after *days my problem not solve the bank at all, I’m complain so many times, but bank not respond.
Please help me as soon as possible.
