To the Management and HR Team, PlanetSpark (Winspark Innovations Learning Pvt Ltd),
I am writing this as a final formal notice regarding my unpaid wages and the recent blocking of my LMS access.
I served as a tutor from February **** until my resignation in April ****. During this period, I successfully conducted ** demos, totaling an earned amount of approximately ₹*,***.
Despite my resignation and my repeated attempts to contact you (over *** emails sent to date), the company has:
Withheld my earned payout without any legal justification or itemized deduction statement.
Blocked my LMS access, effectively preventing me from accessing my own work records and performance logs.
Sent a resignation letter without addressing the "Full and Final Settlement" (F&F) of my dues.
Legal Notice:
Under the Payment of Wages Act, wages for work already performed cannot be withheld. Blocking access to employee portals to avoid payment is an unethical business practice.
My Demands:
Immediate Payout: Direct transfer of my outstanding dues (₹*,***) to my registered bank account within ** hours.
Detailed Statement: An itemized breakdown of any deductions made.
Service Documents: My formal Relieving Letter and Experience Certificate.
If I do not receive a confirmation of payment within ** hours, I will escalate this matter to the Labour Commissioner (SAMADHAN Portal), file a formal grievance with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), and proceed with my existing Voxya and National Consumer Helpline complaints.
