MPL Mobile Premier League - Payment withdrawal

I made a withdrawal of ***** on *nd August but the withdrawal is not processed till now. MPL claims of instant withdrawal but it did not happen.
I have my pending loan emi to pay for which due date is *th August, I can't make the payment and lenders have induced overdue and penalty charges.
I need compensation for this delay and I can't accept this at all where the payment did not happen on time and I have to face the consequences because of mpl.
