Dell 5491 - Payment successful using UPI on site shows unsuccessful

I have paid using UPI and bank shows successful but on-site it says unsuccessfully. Please either refund or place my order. Mailed the screenshot to the mail provided on the reliance contact site with a payment screenshot. Thanks!
