I am writing to inform you about an issue I faced while placing an order through your kiosk machine. The payment was successfully completed, but the order was not created. Here are the transaction details:

I have already contacted the store personnel, but I have not received any response regarding this matter. I request you to kindly look into this issue and initiate a refund at the earliest.
