Shopingkaro.com - Payment successful but order not delivered

I have ordered Redmi Note * Pro on ** April **** from shopingkaro.com. The payment was successful on phone pe and my order no is ********* but the order has not been delivered. I called company contact no but they are not responding. Please help me and refund my money.
