In parimatch game account, i am deposite rs**** and rs **** to my game wallet. I choose UPI payment method and pay the amount through parimatch generated UPI and successfully tranfer as well transactions is successful.In that time i see my amount not added to wallet then i contact parimatch online support as well email then agent reply you fund are safe, we will retrieve the amount to your bank within * business day(exculde holiday and Saturday, sunday) . After this time over i am contacting again with bank statement. Now parimatch say, parimatch not received the amount.Thats means parimatch deined for refund to bank.
