Siti Cable Network - Payment success but recharge not done

My Vc no ************. I have done a recharge of Rs.***.** through paytm on *nd march **.**p.m through Siti Mobile Apps. My transaction id*******. Although my money has been deducted but recharge not done. I contact the customer executive and they advise me to send mail. I also attached a screenshot of my payment detail herein. Hope that my problem will solve as quickly as possible.
