On *rd July ****, I made a payment of Rs. **,*** via Google Pay towards the discharge of a patient. Although the transaction was successful from my end, it was showing as failed at your end at that time. Due to the urgency of the situation, I made a cash payment of Rs. **,*** on the same day to ensure the patient’s discharge.
However, I later noticed that the original Google Pay transaction was successfully credited to your account on *th July ****. Since the amount has been credited twice to the hospital's bank account I was asking for a refund of one payment of Rs. ***** but instead of getting it back all I am getting rude behaviors, even after giving all the required documents as proof. This is pure Harrasment!
