Shine.com - Payment Refund

I had applied for the services availed in shine.com and they had appointed Anoop as my relationship manager. He was not clear with the process and services to be availed and kept saying this the last payment to be made and kept on sending links for payments not clear on what exactly is the process. Once, I made payments he kept saying there is just this one left and then it's done and shared me * invoices in total. Now, I can't do more payments, I need to see results coz it seems the relationship manager is taking money and this is just a money making business. I am attaching the bills. Kindly make the refund as soon as possible otherwise, I would be happy to report on customer grievance platform.

I need the response to my refund process today itself. Otherwise, I will need to file on Consumer forum. This is really bad and unprofessional behaviour from Shine.com.

How is it possible that a person talking about the services doesnt know the charges to be paid? When asked his boss is saying the relationship manager doesnt know the charges, only finance team knows. What kind of nonsense are all the people talking in this company?

I request all senior authorities to look into it and refund my INR **,***/- at the earliest.

I am declaring that Anoop had activated these services and i have not yet availed any od the services and as per Anoop, unless i make more payments, the services will not be activated. Therefore, as per refund policy of Shine.com, as i have not activated or availed any services, I am entitled to refund of my full amount.
