I opted for online car service through Gobumper online website. After booking the service I made the payment of Rs.**** and I forgot to take the screenshot assuming that I might get atleast an acknowledgement sms. But to my surprise I didn't get anything. I have tried multiple times contacting through WhatsApp and customer service representative, everyime I get response stating we will check.
My car service centre guy is asking for this receipt because he doesn't have any details of the payment which I have already done. Payment details are as shown below:
