Osean seven buildtech private limited - Payment plan is not as per RERA

I have taken a *bhk flat under an affordable housing project in sector *** Gurgaon. The property name is expressway towers and builder is Osean seven buildtech private limited.
As per Rera housing project payment plan is *% at the time of booking **% at the time of allotment and the remaining **.*% in every * months.
But the builder is asking me to make the payment after every * months which is affecting me a lot and I am not able to make the payment. I also told them that I will file a case in Rera against them but they did not listen to me.
