I have taken a fixed deposit bearing reception no: ***********, Certificate no: ************, membership no: *********** & account no: *********** in name of: URMILABEN L SHIRKE for an amount of Rs. *,**,***.** dated **.**** for a period of ** months. The maturity amount of Rs. *,**,***.** payable on **.**.**** is still not paid to me in spite of my repeated visits for payment to their Chhani, Vadodara centre (No: ****). Please help me with recovery of my payment.
