I initiated a withdrawal request for my funds on April **, ****, but they have not been credited yet; however, when I deposited money into this game, the transaction was processed instantly. I would appreciate it if you could assist me with this matter.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
