DMI Finanace - Payment Not Updated

Hi i did the payment of rs **** on dated ** Oct but as i have received a message against my Loan with the penalty amount, after payment **** Updated but no record found of Rs ***.
Rest in current month i have paid **** rs but they adjusted Last month penalty *** and rest payment of rs **** no record found. and they again asking of rs ****+***, **** Rs against this month.
