DMI finance - Payment not update since december 2020

I am Shamim Ahmad Khan from Ghazipur Uttarpradesh
In June **** i had some financial problem and my Graduation exams going to be held and i financed a samsung phon through DMI finance ,ihad paid all the amounts before the end date but they were showing me a due amount .All time they lock my phon ,block the call services even in emergency i feel so frustrated. Several time i used their customer portal to get out of this issue but i always listen only one thing "We will update your issue between three working days" from *th of dec to now i getting only this type of solution from them please help me to get out of this issue , i am feeling so frustrated.
