Payments have not been settled for past * month's successfully delivered orders. No proper response has been provided either from trazoo personnel or from their attorney end even after mail, telephonic and whatsapp chat conversation.
all the contact numbers provide on trazoo.com seller portal are either temporarily out of service or not picked even after multiple attempts.
After thorough browsing, we got to know one of the owner's contact number so we tried to contact him personally about the issue but he is not even accepting the calls.
Last stipulated date for settlement was made for ** December **** on whatsapp from their merchant support number.
While again after no progress from their end, we mailed the issue and again stipulated time for settlement was provided february **** first week, but still no progress has been made.
So please consider the issue and act accordingly.
We have all the supporting screenshots concerned with above mentioned issue, so let us know further if any evidence is required.
