RC Builders and Promotors - payment not return back

i have also mailed before i bought a flat from ritesh chaudhary s/o shri rajesh kant, house no. ***, jc house, sector *** mundi kharar, near ravi market, mundi kharar tehsil kharar (nh **, apposite reliance fresh) mohali, project name nh homes, i had register the registry on my wife jyoti devi. he is a company of his name whose name is rbp group, i have taken a flate from him whose worth is **.* lakh but he has took from me ** lakh rupees and he told me that he will return my money after the registry. i have registered the registry that happened in the month of february. but so far he has not given me a flate and he has not given gst details to me and he is not turning my money back. i have paid gst amount at the time of registry.
