Subject - refund not received from addmecart for cancellation order
I placed an order at date-**/**/**** on addmecart indian shopping store and paid amount **,*** through google pay (UPI) . Late my order was cancelled refund was promised by the company
The company has taken my bank details and send email saying my refund payment is under process, but till now no refund amount, UTR number, or transaction proof has been provided,
I have payment proof, order details, email conversation
I request immediately refund of **,*** and action against the company for delay and non-transparent refund process
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
