I made a deposit of ₹**** in Parimatch, and the payment was successful from my side. I also received the UTR number as proof of the transaction. However, the deposit failed from their end. It has been * days since the issue occurred, and Parimatch customer support assured me that they would refund the amount. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not yet received the refund. I kindly request urgent action from their side to resolve this matter as soon as possible."
