Lavanay filed complaint against Fampay on Feb 20, 2023
My friend sent me money from his paytm to my fam account. It was successful from his end but i never recieved it. There is no chat with us option available to me and they are never responding the mails and just creating a ticket every time i mail them. There is no way i can reach them. I am shocked that this big a company can do this with their customers.
I hope they understand and refund my money back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.

I just add **** rupees in my Fampay account in do part in first transaction I added **** then again **** Fampay limit is **** then also Fampay deducted ** as boost up charges
Fam pay took rupees ** as soon as recived *k from my friend and It did not even warn me now I have to pay ** extra to return it to him back!!!!
My family member sent me *** rs and **rs dot deducted saying higher deposit fee without prior notice
