Fampay - Payment Not Recieved

Someone made a transaction of Rs *** to my fampay account on **th January at *:** Pm but till now the money in not credited in my account I have already raised this issue on their mail id that is support@fampay.in and hello@fampay.in there I have been asked to share transaction details that I have shared later a mail recieved them saying that their coustomer care team will reach to me in next ** hours and it's been more than ** hours but didn't get any response from them.
Everytime I mail them first of all I recives a system generated mail says that received your query will reach to you in next ** hrs them they responds in *-* days and says we can understand your problem and our technical team will reach to you in next ** hrs.
