CORVI LED - Payment not received

Sales head (pravin jain) of Corvi led has come to me for selling his product so i have ordered bulbs from him but received defected products when i tell him they stop picking my calls and after trying from many numbers he told mein to return these bulbs and they will return the money but when i asked where to return this bulbs he again stoped picking my calls after a month again trying with other numbers he told me to return the bulbs to moonlight trading company navlakha indore so i returned the bulbs to them and when i asked about payment he stoped picking my calls again and when i call him from other numbers he is making false commitment of payment till today i havnt received payment even the bulb was returned on ** th of octber ****
