Mlv trends - Payment not received

My costumer got her parcel delivered ** days ago. In meesho payments it's showing that my credits have been transferred to my account but I haven't received any notification about transaction which means I have not received my credits. Please resolve this, i am on lose. Same thing happened with *-* orders
