Regod Solutions Pvt Ltd - Payment not received for delivered goods

Regod Solutions Pvt. Ltd. bought * nos of Dehumidifiers from me on **.**.**** under the agreed terms that it would clear the outstanding amount immediately after delivery of goods. After delivery they made partial payment of the outstanding amount and after that they stopped any kind of communication. After sending several texts Mr. Devesh Dubey, who could be one of the directors of the company replied that he will pay the remaining balance very soon. After that he has been delaying this for * months now and is not repaying the balance amount of Rs. **,***/-. Upon several commitments from him, I am writing here hoping that it should work out.
