Jainworld.org - Payment not received

This is with respect to matrimony site. As per the terms and condition I had paid **k after discount. This people try to convince and fool you before payment. After getting the amount they hardly respond. No proper service provided as per terms and condition in * months. If they cannot fulfil what they had promised the amount should be refunded but they are not responding to any of my calls. I have all the proofs and communication details as consumer rights they cannot cheat public like this and this site needs to be closed. Request you to kindly help.
