I want to file a complaint against CRED application which is known as Dreamplug Technologies Private Limited.
I have made the payment of my HDFC Credit card through CRED Application on *th March **** of the amount of Rs **,***/- which was credited successfully on *th March **** at *:** AM.
But the issue arose when I made the payment of SBI Card on **th March **** of Rs. **,***/- and the due date was of **th March ****. Today i.e **th March ****morning I received the message from SBI Card for payment reminder and I found the CRED application has not made the payment to SBI Card which I was done on **th March **** after raising the dispute with CRED they made the payment on **th March ****. After confirming with SBI Customer Care as per them, they will be charged the penalty, as well as the CIBIL score, which will also get hamper/damage.
Raised a couple of tickets with CRED and sent mail also to them on support@cred.club but haven't received any response from them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
