on the **th November ****, i was paying an electricity bill. money was deducted from my account but the transaction was not successful. i got that message from *** (Hello! You have initiated a payment of Rs.***.* on Airtel Thanks App. **********. Please keep the txn id ************ for future reference,)

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
