Dwarka Restaurant and Bar Wardha Road Nagpur - Payment made to the restaurant thrice but they are making excuses to return it

I have done payment on scanner that provided by the Dwarka Restaurant and Bar Wardha road Nagpur but after making * successful transaction also they said you the have not received and then I asked to check bank statement then they refused to check it and asked me to do transaction for the third time. I have sent it again in third time. Then they ask me to call day after the incident so that they will return it if they received.but still they have not responded properly on the **th and again I have called them on ** th and they said they have received it on **th *pm and I have asked them to refund it but they are giving excuses but not provided refund yet .please check this issue on priority as I don't have money right now with me.
