Bajaj General Insurance - Payment made to Bajaj General Insurance but Policy Not issued for 10 days

Dear Sir/ Ma’am,
I have made a payment of ****/- on the **th March **** for my * Wheeler * years policy through UPI, as the old policy expires on the *th of April **** but since than I have calling, emailing to Bajaj Insurance customer support, grievance cell & even their management, either they keep on hold & the call gets disconnected but they never ever replies to my email.
I really do not know what to do, please help me.
Attached is my banking statement from where I have made the payment, I have sent to Bajaj Motor Insurance department too. Because of the same I’m unable to ride my * wheeler.
