Sanjay filed complaint against BSNL mobile on May 15, 2023
I would like to inform you that I had made payment through HDFC Pay zapp app for recharge of my BSNL mobile. The apps shows and replied on my complaint the the payment made successfully vide giving merchant I'd to BSNL. I visited to the BSNL office & showed the merchant I'd number and the payment proof of HDFC Pay Zapp. BSNL office checked & replied that they didnot get the payment vide recharge of my bsnl mobile. & the merchant I'd is not reachable at their end. I am continuously following with Pay Zapp team by raising my complaint since last * days. Pay Zapp Team failed to refund my money or not contacted to BSNL to start my mobile services. BSNL officer suggested to recharge again for Rs *** for ** days plan. But what about my earlier successful payment to pay zapp & it's refund. I requested to either HDFC Bank or its Pay zapp team to refund my amount at the earliest. The merchant transaction I'd is HD******BA*AAAB**TZV dated **.**.****. I am totally frustrated the services of HDFC Pay Zapp Team for mobile recharges. I request to pay zapp team to refund the Rs *** at the earliest. Thanks Sanjay
