Sbimops - payment made for property tax

Dear sir ,
i have made payment for property tax , amount has been deducted and transaction was shown as sucessfull but the acknowledgment has not been generated and the property tax portal still shows that the balance has to be paid , i paid this amount using upi on sbimops gateway
