MP Singh filed complaint against www.fixcello.com on Nov 20, 2018
I placed order with www.fixcello.com on **.**.**** for one moto x play battery. I was guided online to make payment. I made payment of Rs.***/- through my credit card through payU.. An order was generated on line( image attached) showing pending payment though payment was made on **.**.**** vide Transaction ID ******. Since then I contacted several times on mail, SMS but no answer. On contact shown in website, ring goes but no one picks up.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
