Groww App - Payment made but NAV not assigned

money deducted from bank at * July
nav was expected till *th july
when nav didnt get allocated i logged ticket on **th july. order started showing failed status. money visibility completely zero. now they are claiming money will be refunded till **th july almost after a month still not resolved.
