Baaqee Global Ventures Private Limited - Payment made account not activated

I am a tax consultant. During the first week of May ****, i got call from Ms. Shaheen NL PARTNER APP, which is the group of BAAQEE GLOBAL VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, to provide online leads. At that time they told me that my account will be activated immediately after the payment and they will provide the leads from the next day of the activation. Therefore I have transferred Rs *****( *****+ **** gst) to subscribe to Rs ***** pack on **/**/****. Though I made the payment they did not activate my account. After * days only they transferred the amount to my NL PARTNER APP. Even though my wallet balance is *****, I could not get any leads. I asked regarding this to Ms. Shaheen who is not picking call and Mr. Vishal who is making lame excuses and now not picking call. Till now my account is not activated and my wallet balance is only *****. I cannot use that ***** also since they did not activate my account. Herewith I have attached the payment details.
