Sir I have done the payment for Lakshay Neet **** on * April for my sister behalf After the payment she got the batch access for * days and attend classes live.On * April in morning when she open the batch section the batch access had been lost so she raised her ticket and mail on Student sucess team but they said that we haven't received any amount yet and I had provided all the proofs payment transaction screenshot with debited money messages from bank and today I had provided the bank details too but they guys nothing responded and I wanna file complaint against them they guys are playing with someone's future.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
