Freechage - Payment has been debited from my account but not paid to my merchant

I have made payment for my TNEB bill on **th May through Freecharge. Still, that status showing as processing even after ** hours. my payment due date is **th May. I have sent several mail to customer care of Freecharge, but still i did not get proper response from freecharge.
