Netplus - Payment fraud

On **th Dec ****, I recharged a "HD Bundle Plan" - **** for a year worth of Rs **,*** using your provided URL through text message - ("Dear Customer, Kindly recharge your Netplus ID ********** Pls click https://billpay.evronservices.co.in. Pls ignore if paid. Netplus"). My Bill id is: ********** and I paid my bill using Google pay UPI.

After the recharge, I got this message from Netplus ("Thanks for paying amount of Rs ****.** credited to your account GOSP*******, You can download the receipt from the link... ").

I called customer service number same day and they said it will be rectified next morning but nothing happened. I called them again on **st Dec and they started arguing with me that they only got ~**** Rs and recharge is done for *** plan instead of ****. I asked them to transfer my call to senior executive but they didn't and ended my ongoing call. They never call back or text me back for the same.

Today, on *st Jan, ****, my internet is stopped working while neighbours working. I called local technician, other netplus workers multiple times but no one is helping.
