Fashnear technologies private limited in meesho - Payment for Two Delivered Orders

We are Paduka Crafts a SUPPLIER on Meesho. We had received Two orders leather Jutti on **Jan.**** & * Feb ****. The orders were successfully delivered but Meesho sent us a mail that both the customers received empty boxes and they deducted the both order value as recovery amount from us (from supplier). After a long proper conversation we got payment approved for our First Order on dated ** Fab **** and for second Order got approval after the submission of Video while we were packing the Order, on dated ** Feb **** with Ticket ID ********, ******** & ********. Although the Payment approved by Meesho, but No any amount were credit in our account. It is approx * months that we continue writing and communicating with the support team, but still, the issue is unresolved. We already file GST for the particular period but the amount has yet not been paid by Meesho, every time they give a typical answer it seems Meesho is not interested to resolve the issue. We want our Total Order Value Rs. ****.** only.
