I have made a add money transaction on astropay but it is failed. Money has been deducted from my account and after two days of deliberate emails i got a mail stating i will receive the money in a week. When you can process deposits and withdrawals with in minutes. Why cant you do the same for refunds? I didnt receive my money till now
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
