I have ordered a blazer set from shadesltd on **th nov . While placing the order I was told my order will be delivered within *-** days ... Even after payment I wasn't provided with any order id or tracking details but only a email I'd for further assistance i.e shadesexport@gmail.com . It's been ** days i haven't received my order and no one replying to mails or DM on insta.
P.s.. they don't provide any contact details ,the UPI address was jaintex***@jio under the name of pratik solanki .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
