Zuddio - Payment done from my side but zudio didn t receive it

have visited Zudio Nagpur store on **/**/****, where i have purchased clothes and payment through phone pay of *** amount, amount was deducted from my acount and delievered to Zudio Although the manager of Shop decline the receipt of payment and requested to payment again.

which is denied by me as amount already deducted from my A/cupon which he said keep the purchased product at store you will get payment confirmation within ** hours, upon confirmation collect your purchased item.

i am stilll follow up but no any proper response received.
