Olymp Trade - payment done but services not received They are doing fraud in one phone graph is something differen

Payment is done to the merchant and now my chargeback period is also over but the olymptrade is cheated with us . they show something different in one phone and something different in another phone please help us from this fraud. hope you will help us in your regards. As i cant chargeback from bank as my chargeback period is over and we requested many times bank to make chargeback but failed.
