Yum Restaurants India Private Limited - Payment done but order not received

I have placed an order through the official KFC app and made the payment successfully. However, I later realized that the order was processed by Yum Restaurants India Private Limited (KFC).

My reference details are as follows:
Date: **-Aug-****
Transaction: TO TRANSFER
UPI Ref No.: ************
Merchant: YUM REST/HDFC/yumrestaur/KFC

After facing this issue, I contacted KFC customer care, but they informed me that they cannot help and advised me to contact the restaurant. When I contacted Yum, they told me that if the order ID was not generated, they cannot do anything.

This is not the first time I am facing such an issue — it has happened earlier as well, and no resolution was provided. Unfortunately, the same issue has occurred again today.
